At FlizShop, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality digital and physical products. Please read our refund and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All purchases of digital products from FlizShop are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product has been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend that customers carefully review the product description, features, and device compatibility prior to purchase.
Note: Certain products, such as cracked software versions and modded APKs, may not function properly on all devices due to hardware or software differences. Customers are advised to read our [Legal Policy] before purchasing such items.
In case of any technical issues, customers must contact our support team at flizshop1@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue.
2. Physical Products (Delivery-Based Orders)
For products that are delivered physically, the following terms apply:
Delivery Time: Physical orders will be delivered within 7 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Replacement Policy: If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Replacement:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective product must be submitted.
The request must be made by email to flizshop1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
Packaging and product must be retained in case a return pickup is required.
Note: We do not offer refunds on physical products unless the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
